Puppy 911 - Telephone Consultations 
Great for puppies, kittens, dogs, and cats! Sometimes a little education can go a long way towards solving a problem.
Whether you need immediate help with a new or existing puppy, kitten, dog, or cat, or you’ve got a specific behavior problem that needs to be addressed, Telephone Counseling may be the perfect tool for you. It’s proved to be a valid option for solving a wide variety of problems ranging from simple problems with basic obedience or house soiling to the more complex behavioral issues.

Our one-on-one phone consultations are designed to cover your problems as quickly and effectively as possible. We start by asking you to complete our Pre-Consultation Questionnaire at the bottom of this page. This will save telephone time by allowing us to prepare in advance and, in most cases, email detailed instructions to you prior to our scheduled time so that you too may be prepared. We encourage you to be as specific as possible when filling out this form – the more we know, the better!

After completing your questionnaire, simply return to this page and click on the “PayPal” button below. Within 24 hours of submitting your payment we’ll contact you to schedule your appointment!
Time slots are sold in 20 minute increments and may be scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, seven days a week! Our price is $35.00 per 20 minutes. Most behavioral problems do require 1 or 2 follow-up sessions.
Please be aware that once the appointment is set, you own it – whether you’re there for the call, or not!
