TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS FOR
TRAINING AND BEHAVIORAL ISSUES
Whether you need immediate help with a new puppy, kitten, dog, or cat, or you've got a specific behavior problem that needs to be addressed, Telephone Counseling may be the perfect tool for you. It's proved to be a valid option for solving a wide variety of problems ranging from simple problems with basic obedience or house soiling to the more complex behavioral issues.
Our one-on-one phone consultations are designed to cover your problems as quickly and effectively as possible. We start by asking you to submit a preliminary pet information form. This saves telephone time by allowing us to prepare in advance and, in most cases, email detailed instructions to you prior to our scheduled time so that you too may be prepared.

Once you have completed your payment, you will receive a confirmation along with a link to our preliminary "Pet Information" form. We encourage you to be as specific as possible when filling out this form - the more we know, the better!
Within 24 hours of submitting your form, we'll contact you to schedule your appointment. Time slots are sold in 20 minute increments and may be scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, seven days a week! Our price is $35.00 per 20 minutes. Most behavioral problems require 1 or 2 follow-up sessions.
