Passionate About Forever Homes, Not Titles and Trophies

Marilyn Melie is a graduate of Matthew Margolis’ National Institute of Dog Training and former Head Trainer for Animal Behavior and Training Associates.  She is a full member of the APDT and is dedicated to discovering and implementing the most useful and expedient solutions to her clients’ dog training needs.  Marilyn remains committed to continuing education and professional development by attending various dog training conferences, seminars and workshops as often as practical.

Having spent many years volunteering at various animal shelters in the Los Angeles / Pasadena area and fostering approximately 70 dogs of her own, Marilyn now focuses her efforts exclusively on training pets.  By doing so, it’s her dream that someday we’ll achieve a noticeable reduction in the number of cats and dogs that end up in shelters.
